Get started early + Gear Dev Tool tips

Thanks for joining Samsung’s Gear App Challenge! You're now officially registered and we’ll be sending you regular updates throughout the challenge. (If you're just joining - make sure you check out the updates that have gone out to date.)

As a reminder, apps are due July 17, 2014 at 5pm EDT. Here are some tips to help you get started:

1. If you haven’t already, go take a look at the Samsung Gear Dev Tool.
2. Create an account with the Samsung Apps Seller Office. You’ll need this to submit your app to Samsung Apps.
3. Start your submission today and avoid the deadline rush. Even if your app isn’t ready, you can save it as a draft and come back later.
4. Find teammates by visiting the Registrants tab and connecting with other developers, designers, and makers.
5. Submit your app to Samsung Apps to be eligible for all the amazing prizes that make up $1,250,000! (Here's how!).
