myfamily Report puts the power of the Affordable Care Act Preventive Health Recommendations on your wrist. The user can enter age and gender and receive a set of Preventive Health priorities as recommended by the US Preventive Health Task Force. This report can then be sent to anyone's phone for review or print out.

The use case is a care worker or community clinic worker helping new-to-coverage patients set their priorities for health and creating a plan.

The app keeps track of the preventive health reports and can be synced with a EHR implementation for future follow up.
