Query regarding finalist listing position

Are the apps listed according to their positions?

  he means if the apps are listed by order of selection from the judges even those not in the 200, FE, in place 250, is he 50 apps behind the winning apps or just randomly sorted

  I'm one to doubt that they would *purposely* tip their hand in this way. And if they accidentally did so, they are unlikely to admit it. And it may have little bearing since in the next round, it is more likely that they will actually run the apps.
