Regarding Round 2

There have been many conflicting messages in rules/updates/emails we have been getting.
Earlier as far as I remember, 40 people were supposed to be selected for round two although 200 will be getting $2000 prize money for the first round. But now I can not see that clause anywhere. Does it mean all 200 will be competing in the second round?

    There was no rule that only 40 projects will participate in round 2, so far I remember. Rather the rule was and still is that all 200 projects will participate in round 2 and among them top 40 projects will be chosen for top prizes.
