Query regarding modification of app

Hi,

I got selected in the first round and now want to modify it.
Can I introduce some new modules into my app?

    i have a bit of an issue with mine - i want to change it from a standalone to integrated - which i can't do on the seller office. So I'll have to either create a new app and hope i can update the submission app ID.

    or stick to standalone for the entry - possibly with a delux integrated version also in the store?

    My question is that, can I include a whole new module in my app which my app was not having or can I only improve the current one?
