Applications passed certification, users unable to download

My 2 applications passed the certification on July 7 and July 24, people were able to download my application, one application got over 1k downloads in 3 days, but after one week a lot of users began to report to me that they can't download my application, saying that Samsung Gear Apps was giving them "Error Service unavailable (1001)" error when trying to download the application.

Tried to contact Samsung support through http://help.content.samsung.com/csseller/ but any response except automated.

How will this affect my submission? Will it be valid? Applications were submitted and passed certification process before first deadline.

Any help would be appreciated.
