Certification issues

my app failed the device test process on 28-07 because the tester didn't have a Google account. i didn't handle that part because i didn't imagine that any one having an android phone would do so. i fixed the bugs and resubmitted and my app still under device test. i don't know if i'm going to make it or not. there are two days left. and i'm still not sure if my app will pass the certification before the deadline or fail again. i think i should have assigned a month for the certification because of this delay. i didn't expect that time at all. i have uploaded apps before on the Samsung store and they took 5 days at max. i don't know why it is taking that much time

    Hello Moh.

    It was very clear that the timeline has only 14 days for certification, total day from announce the challenge are 74 days without the 7 days extension.
    If you had submitted before at seller office you may notice the they have some rules not comfortable with developers. Also it takes 7 business days in order to done with certification even if you didn't resubmit your app.
    Seller office team work hard to finish before the deadline.

    It also mentioned at seller office support website that developer should provide any credentials if there is any backend behind.

    i also facing this problem i submit before the 3 day submission end. but problem is testers don't know the basic testing
