Poor response from Samsung Customer support team

Hi,
I developed 2 apps for the contest and for certification i followed all the steps in the video shared by challenge post website. I got signed certificate from "gear2.sec@samsung.com" but i'm unable to decrypt it due to some error. I contacted them they have taken more time for response but due to the deadline i have uploaded the apps unsigned and it got rejected.

Finally gear2.sec team provided some different steps and then i signed the apps immediately.
While resubmitting i'm able to upload one app but still in "Under Device Test", for the second app i'm getting some error like "The binary is invalid. Files in .wgt format cannot be registered."

I contacted Samsung Customer support team, they asked my credentials and my app i shared everything. After that one week gone still i didn't get any response from the support team. Daily i'm requesting the team mentioning this app is for Gear2 challenge and also i proved them this error is due to a bug in Samsung binary upload portal itself and also i have clearly mentioned the solution.

Not even a single response from the support team. Anyone please help me on this issue.

Even my app passed the certification process but failed in the round 1 of the contest still i'm happy because atleast i got the chance of participating the contest also i feel my day and night effort is not wasted. But as of now both my apps are not passed the certification process.

Previous contests by Samsung are extended, i don't know why they are not extending this contest deadline. Most of them are struggling with the certification process. Please extend the certification process timeline.

The support hasn't been very competent also in my case. I suspect that due to recent UI changes of the whole submission process, the support is not yet up to date with all the aspects.

Sorry for your apps not being able to compete, I'm in a somewhat similar situation. But I don't think anything can be done - I guess this competition included also some luck element.
