Application certification at Samsung Galaxy Apps

Hi Serena,

Is it always the case judges will evaluate using both video and the application ? Or in most of the cases as per the contest rules they will review based on the video in the first round ?

I'm asking, because one of my apps is in the certification queue for a really long time so far.
Is it possible judges will evaluate only using video and not downloading the app ?
Is it possible to speed-up certification process ? It's really annoying I made good app and now I can loose opportunity to enter the competition, because certification take so long !
