Samsung GALAXY Apps Seller Office is not working

I submitted 3 apps to Galaxy Gear App Challenge on ChallengePost. But i can't access Samsung Apps. http://seller.samsungapps.com is redirecting to Samsung Apps TV (http://seller.samsungapps.com/tv/main/sellerMain.as). Is it restriction from Mongolia? How to submit app to Samsung GALAXY Apps? Can I change Content ID?
