Uploading Challenging Gear app in other wearable market?

Now other Android wearables are out in market.

After submitting challenging app, can we upload it to other wearable market with modified version?
If so, is it illegal for challenging?

  Thanks for your question. There is no rule restricting you from modifying your app to be used by other devices or hosted in other app stores.
