Certificate Times and App Submition
Hello,
Like others in the discussions, I've sent my certificate to be signed to gear2.sec@samsung.com two days ago. Thus, my questions are as follows:
1. How long does this signing usually take?
2. How can I confirm that my e-mail was received? Should I sent it another time just in case?
3. In case I don't get an answer by the deadline, can I submit my app unsigned to the Samsung GALAXY Apps Seller Office (in order to meet the July 17 deadline) and resubmit it signed between July 17-31?
Thank you very much!
Alex

We also need to ask what is the correct way to send the certificate? They show 3 different ways to do it.

Dear Alex,
Every requests made during last weekends will be answered until 7/14(KST). If you cannot find the feedback after 7/14(KST), please re-send the email to gear2.sec@samsung.com.
And about your another question, you should have signed app when you submit the app to the Samsung GALAXY Apps Seller Office(You cannot upload the unsigned app). As our terms, the eligible submission should be made until July 17 and its certification process should be done until July 31.
Thanks!

Thanks for your input Nick. I have a related question regarding the certification process.
I know it takes a week to go through the certification process, but is there a way to find out that a submission seems like it will successfully pass certification?
That way if we submit a few days early, and there's a problem, we'd find out early enough to fix it.
