Samsung Logo in materials

Hello,

should we remove any Samsung logo (for instance on smartphone devices) in the submission video/screenshots or have we got permission to use it?

    Hi MagicApps,

    Great question. The rules state that "As the sole and exclusive owner of the entries, Participants shall warrant that they will not infringe any rights of the third party including portrait rights, moral rights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, copyrights, program copyrights and trade secrets."

    Thus - as long as you are following all licensing agreements and/or terms of use for any images, APIs, data used, etc., then you should be fine. Please ensure that you are following all terms required by the components of your submission.
