Can't sign up with the Samsung Apps Seller Office

I tried several times to sign up with Samsung Apps Seller Office as a private mobile seller (developer). But it always gives an error as "An error occurred while signing up".

  I'm sorry you're having trouble signing up on the Samsung Galaxy Apps Seller Office. If you're still experiencing this issue, could you please post on Samsung's developer forum: http://developer.samsung.com/forum?

  It's closely monitored and they will be best able to assist you.
