Gear 2 App Can't Access Internet

I have an !dea for my gear 2 app but the problem is that i want my app to connect to internet without having any integrated app on the host device. I just want my app to be connected to the host device through bluetooth and access the device's internet. NO App on host device to be connected to my gear 2 app . Can this be done and If yes please tell me how?
